Protecting Biodiversity

Reducing carbon emissions is only one aspect of sustainability; another crucial component is lessening our impact on local ecosystems and protecting biodiversity. As part of this commitment, we kicked off on-site and Supply Chain Biodiversity Footprint (SCBF) assessments in 2024. 

From the sourcing of raw materials and production processes to transportation and logistics, we assess each stage to understand its implications on the delicate ecosystems that support life on Earth.

Community Impact

We aim to create a positive impact in the communities in which we operate. Company-sponsored community engagement through donation matching, sponsorships and volunteering is important to our employees and to the continued health of our business.

As part of Bespak’s commitment to responsible business and community impact, we have completed Local Needs Analyses for our King’s Lynn and Holmes Chapel sites. These assessments help us understand local challenges and opportunities, ensuring our employment practices, partnerships and sustainability initiatives are aligned with the needs of the communities in which we operate.
