Fine particle fraction and next generation impactor (NGI) stage deposition are important metrics for pressurised Metered Dose Inhaler (pMDI) performance. This study explored tuneable aspects of pMDI device design to control the NGI performance of suspension formulations using the new low Global Warming Potential propellants HFA-152a and HFO-1234ze.
