Working at Bespak

Bespak is a well-recognised name in our industry, originally associated with our King’s Lynn site, with its long history in inhalation and a reputation for quality in valves, components and complex devices.

The new Bespak unites our three sites as one dedicated team: North Carolina, King’s Lynn and Holmes Chapel, our company headquarters. Now, we’re three sites working together seamlessly to deliver orally inhaled and nasal drug product development and manufacturing services to our customers.

Whether you’re looking for an apprenticeship or a place to develop your professional career, we have a number of exciting roles across our sites that will offer great career progression and satisfaction.

Our purpose is to help millions breathe more easily.

Our products reach millions of people with lung conditions, helping them to live life more freely. And our dedication to the next generation of greener propellants will mean we can all breathe a little easier, in the knowledge we’re doing what’s right for the climate.

Our vision is to be the trusted innovation partner and sustainability leader for inhaled and nasal drug delivery.

Bespak is a complete partner for inhaled and nasal drug-device combination products, from development to delivery. As a global contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO), we develop and manufacture finished pharmaceutical products, as well as drug delivery devices and componentry.

With a long history in the development and commercial supply of pressurised Metered Dose Inhalers (pMDIs), we supply a major proportion of the world’s pMDI dosing valves and actuators, and also specialise in the industrialisation and high-volume manufacture of complex inhalation devices at our King’s Lynn site.

Our highly integrated service offering in pMDIs, Soft Mist Inhalers and Nasal Delivery spans not only device development and manufacturing, but also early-stage feasibility, analytical and drug product development at our North Carolina site, and pilot-scale, through  clinical- and commercial scale drug product fill-finish at our Holmes Chapel site.

Sustainability is central to our vision.

We are committed to leading the transition to climate-friendly propellants to lower our industry’s environmental footprint. We drive sustainability throughout our operations, and are proud to achieve the highest EcoVadis ratings thanks to initiatives such as installing enough solar panels on our factory roofs to power our factories for over a month each year.

Join the future-facing established experts, and make your mark on the next generation of inhaled and nasal drug products.
